Following his early career with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Nilesh “Neil” Lakhlani founded Geotech Environmental Services Inc in 1993 out of a lifelong passion for the environment the planet and the challenges business owners face.
Unlike most concerned citizens however, Neil had the knowledge and organizational skill set to make his passion a significant resource for Southeastern Florida facility and commercial property owners.
EDUCATION
Mr.Lakhlani’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Geology, Advanced level courses with the University of Oxford, Wellington Square, Oxford UK.
Neil’s business acumen was accrued at Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business.
PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE
Because facilities are a complex amalgamation of business, life, production, waste and human behavior a number of licensed skills are needed to understand and remediate them. Neil accumulated the necessary licensing in Florida to accompany his engineering and business degrees. The licensing included:

- Pollutant Storage Systems Contractor license
- Commercial Real Estate Broker
Finally Geotech was certified by the US Small Business Administration 8(a) as a Certified Minority Business Enterprise in order to provide high quality environmental engineering services to the Federal Government and U.S. Military facilities throughout the United States.

The commercial real estate arena is not a one size fits all world. Scholastic excellence, professional certification and experience in business best practices are involved. Neil helped me with the cleanup of my gas station, resolved all regulatory problems, and helped me with selling and financing so that I can invest in a passive income in North Florida. After 23 years, he is near my side as a friend when I am suffering with Parkinson’s.
